What are we looking for?

We are looking to add someone to our Business Development team who specializes in IT.

This is a 360º position, in which you will be responsible for:

• Prospecting and opening new accounts.
• Managing and maintaining existing and new accounts.
• Identifying our clients’ needs in order to offer customized solutions.
• Coordinating selection processes (screening, interviews, etc.) for professionals in the sector.

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering, business administration, commerce, or similar
• At least 1 year of experience in IT consulting
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Keen interest in the world of sales and business
• Proactivity, autonomy, and results-oriented approach
• But mostly a desire to grow and take on new challenges
